How It Works
Our system uses precision strain gages mounted directly on the shaft at calculated angles to detect microscopic torsional deformation caused by applied torque. In other words, it picks up the smallest twists under load. These gages are part of a Wheatstone bridge circuit, converting minute resistance changes into an electrical signal. A compact signal conditioner and amplifier, mounted on the rotating shaft, processes this data and sends it wirelessly to a stationary receiver. As a result, we achieve accurate torque measurement even at high rotational speeds and under full load, without the limitations of wired setups.
